What payment methods do you accept?
We have several methods available, here is a list of them:
- Visa/Master Card $50 - $300 per transaction & $500 per 7 days.
- Bitcoin $25 to $50000 USD (transactions under $50 will have a $2 fee charge).
- Person-to-Person $100 - $499 per transaction

How do I make a deposit?
Click Deposit and choose the method of payment that best suits your needs, enter the deposit amount, and then click
“Proceed with my Deposit” and follow the on-screen instructions. If you wish to phone in your deposit, feel free to

What is the minimum/maximum I can deposit?
Each deposit method has its own maximum, but the minimum deposit is only $50. For cryptocurrencies, the minimum
deposit amount we accept is $10.
- Every transaction under $50 will have an additional $2 fee charge.
What currencies do you accept?
Bitcoin, Litecoin & Ether. All transactions are made in US dollars and Crypto for continuity purposes. However, all
the funds in your account are in USD.
When you are trying to make a deposit with crypto and it says you already have one pending transaction but
you don’t see it.
You need to delete the pending request to be able to get a new one, you can do by going to the ‘Cashier’ and click on
“Transaction Report” then enter the date range for the timeframe you got the Crypto Address and find the ‘Garbage Bin’
to delete the old transaction. This will enable you to generate a new address.
When you sent a crypto deposit to the same address from your last one, is it lost?
No, the transaction is not lost; however, we need to add it manually. It may take up to 24 hours before the funds are
available in the account.
Are there any fees for depositing with a credit or debit card?
There are no fees charged for using your credit/debit card directly with our processor. However, your bank might
charge fees for international transactions, we recommend you to check with your issuing bank before making any
transaction as these fees will not be refunded. To find a credit/debit card issuer with no additional fees for
transactions, use your favorite search engine to search the phrase "no foreign fee credit/debit cards".
Can I use the credit/debit card of someone I know to deposit funds in my account?
No, the card must belong to the account holder; no third-party deposits are allowed. Transactions processed using
third party cards are deemed as high risk and will ban your account and personal information from future credit/debit
