Rule	Clarification
1	All rules, regulations and payoffs are subject to changes and revisions by Jazz Casino & Sportsbook without prior written notice.
2	Any sports or horse ruling, not specifically stated in the specific rules or regulations will be decided by the official Las Vegas rules.
3	Jazz Casino & Sportsbook shall not be responsible for any damages or losses deemed or alleged to have resulted from or been caused by this website or its content. This includes any person’s use or misuse of its content, the inability of any person to connect with or use the site, delay in operations or transmission, failure of communication lines, or any errors or omissions in content.
4	All clients must be at least the legal alcoholic beverage drinking age in their country, state or jurisdiction.
5	All rules, regulations and wagering odds, will constantly be updated on our web site, so please double check any issue or difference in the rules before making a claim to our customer service staff.
6	Jazz Casino & Sportsbook reserves the right to limit or refuse a wager for any reason, and has the right to refuse wagers from clientele who are from states or jurisdiction where online wagering is deemed illegal.
7	All rules, regulations, and wagering odds will constantly be updated on our website, so please double-check any issue or difference in the rules before making a claim with our customer service staff.
8	Minimum and maximum wager amounts on all sporting events will be determined by Jazz Casino & Sportsbook and are subject to change without prior written notice. Jazz Casino & Sportsbook also reserves the right to adjust limits on individual accounts as part of regular account profiling. Services provided are intended for recreational purposes and specific profiles will be assigned whenever non-recreational players or activity is identified. This activity includes, but is not limited to: betting on both sides, betting in multiple accounts, betting high-risk lines or events, steam plays, betting only one type of event (like propositions) or one type of market (like 1st Half bets), collusion, etc. To be deemed a recreational player, accounts must show balanced action across different bet types, markets, and events (sometimes referred to as ‘50/50 action’ requirements).
9	Jazz Casino & Sportsbook will not accept a wager without the proper account number and password for both telephone and online wagering.
10	Each client is responsible for maintaining the secrecy of his betting account and should make every effort to prevent the use of his personal account number by any third party. Any transactions entered into where the account holder’s number and password have been given to effect a wager shall stand as bona fide transactions dependent only upon the current balance in the account.
11	All accounts are kept private and confidential. All telephone calls are recorded for the protection of Jazz Casino & Sportsbook and its clients for the purpose of possible disputes. You must claim a dispute within 7 days of the graded wager.
12	When wagering on the Internet, members are solely responsible for their own account transactions. Please be sure to review your wagers for any mistakes before sending them in. Jazz Casino & Sportsbook does not take responsibility for missing or duplicate wagers made by the client and will not entertain discrepancy requests because a play is missing or duplicated. Clients may review their transactions in the Review Account section of the site after each session to ensure all requested wagers were accepted. CHECK ALL TRANSACTIONS CAREFULLY!!
13	Wagers placed online or over the phone can be changed or cancelled by the customer if all the following conditions are met: A- The lines and odds are the same as those of the original wager. B- Not more than 5 minutes have passed since the time of the original bet. C- The games have not started
14	After wagers are placed by telephone, the clerk will read back the wagers. If the read back or confirmation is correct, client must re-confirm wagers by stating their client number and password. If any mistakes were made by the clerk, it is the responsibility of the client to tell the clerk before the call is completed. Once the client confirms a read back the wagers are final. If a client does not confirm his plays by giving his code and password and hangs up before the read back all plays are considered final.
15	If the client has phone problems and is cut off before getting a read back, it is his responsibility to call as soon as possible and verify his pending wagers. If the client gave the clerk a team and amount before getting cut off the wagers will go into the system even though there was no read back.
16	Wagers are graded only after the contest is final.
17	– Baseball, Football, Basketball, Hockey and Soccer events must be played on the specified game date. Any game that is cancelled or postponed will be deemed “no action” and funds will be returned to your account. – Tennis, Boxing, Nascar and Golf must be played within 7 days of the originally scheduled date.
18	Concerning suspended games, continued games and overturned decisions, Jazz Casino & Sportsbook follows the generally accepted Las Vegas gaming rules.
19	In all future wagering (for example, Super Bowl winner, etc.), the winner as determined by the League Commissioner will also be declared the winner for betting purposes. For the purposes of NCAA Football wagering, the winner of the BCS Championship game will be declared the National Champion. Any future type wager will not count towards any rollover requirement.
20	On horse racing, the clerk will give the player a POST TIME once the ticket is completed. This POST TIME is the one that will be compared with times posted at the grading website. The POST TIME given to the customer must be the same or earlier than the OFF TIME posted at the site. Our post times are non-negotiable and final. Any Horse Wager will not count towards Any Rollover Requirement.
21	Jazz Casino & Sportsbook relies entirely upon the information provided by the customer in the application in order to establish a wagering account. Payouts will only be made to the name in the account. Checks or Western Unions to third parties are not allowed.
22	In the event funds are credited to a customer’s account in error, it is incumbent upon the customer to notify Jazz Casino & Sportsbook the aforesaid error without delay. Unless otherwise notified by Jazz Casino & Sportsbook, any transactions made shall be void.
23	Although our computer system keeps exact customer balances, it is the client’s responsibility to make sure his balance is correct every time your account number is logged in or by phone when applicable.
24	All payout requests are accepted Monday thru Friday before 11am ET. Customer covers ALL OUTGOING FEES. Payouts are sent the same way the customer deposits (limit restrictions may apply). All bonuses come with a rollover the customer agrees to complete when received.
25	Action on Casino, Future Wagers and Horses will not count towards any sportsbook bonus rollover.
26	The maximum payout for any parlay is 500/1.
27	You must play your deposit amount once before any payouts. Calculations for the 1x are based on the lesser amount between Risk and Win.
28	Winnings after using free plays from free contests will have a MAX pay out of $100.
29	Bonus rollover requirements may change according to your location at the discretion of management.
30	Be advised that third party products such as live wagering and props builder do not share our same rules in some sports. Please refer to each individual page for the specific ruling on the different types of wager. It is the client’s responsibility to know and understand these rules.
31.	To ensure that players do not accumulate rollovers from deposit bonuses taken, it is required that the player’s available balance drops below $20, including that of outstanding bets not yet settled i.e. future bets on any sporting/political event.
32.	Complementary free spins are meant to be given to try out the games and product, they are not withdrawable unless there is a minimum deposit of $25. Also, the max that can be withdrawn from complementary spins is $50 max. Meaning the difference will be adjusted from the account.

EARLY PAYOUT RULES (Cash out)

If your profile has the feature of early payouts for parlay wagers, the following rules apply:

The option will be available ONLY if there are no pending games in action.
If the user proceeds with a Cash Out of a wager, the process is irreversible and final.
Management reserves the right to create exemptions for games where the option will not be available.
Any push or cancelation will disable to option to request for an early payout. Only winning picks enable this option
Management reserves the right to limit access to the feature.

GENERAL TERMS AND ABUSE OF CASINO BONUSES

Services at Jazzsports.ag are intended for regular and recreational customers. Bonuses and promotions are intended as rewards for regular and recreational customers. To continue offering the best possible bonuses to valued customers, we must ensure that neither account nor bonus abuse occur.

1.1 Review of Play

Before any withdrawals are processed, all play is reviewed for irregular patterns that may indicate abuse. We reserve the right to extend our regular review time as long as necessary to validate all actions and activity. Requests for action reviews may also need to be escalated to third-party providers, in which case we will need to wait for the provider(s) to complete their internal audits.

Account reviews may also be triggered at any time. In some cases, access to services and products may be restricted while the review is completed.

1.2 Zero-Tolerance Policy

The site has a zero-tolerance policy towards abuse and fraudulent bonus-related activity. If such activity is suspected, management reserves the right to:

Suspend any further bonuses, promotions, and offers.
Remove bonuses and winnings from affected and/or linked accounts.
Cancel the account and collect any winnings.

1.3 What Constitutes Abuse?

Bonus abuse and fraudulent activity will be determined at the sole discretion of our management. Examples of abuse include, but are not limited to:

Using multiple accounts.
Placing equal, zero, or low-margin bets, or hedge betting.
Betting on both sides of an event.
Steam plays.
Syndicate betting or collusion.
Circumventing limits
Placing single bets equal to or greater than 8% of the bonus value credited to your account until wagering requirements are met (even if the bet value is under $5).
Decreasing your stake by 40% or more (compared to your highest bet since receiving the bonus) after a large win, in an attempt to meet wagering requirements.
Switching from low-weighted games (35% wagering contribution or less) to high-weighted games (70% or more) after large wins to clear wagering requirements.
When playing with a no-deposit bonus, placing a single bet, spin, or round that exceeds 10% of the bonus amount may result in the forfeiture of both the bonus and any associated winnings.
Wagering bonus funds on excluded games.
Bonus stacking (claiming multiple bonuses before fulfilling the wagering requirements of the original bonus).
Two-tier betting (placing large bets on high-variance games before switching to low-variance games to clear wagering requirements).
Affiliate CPA or revenue share abuse.
Using a proxy, VPN, or any method to mask your IP address.
Playing high-volatility games, then switching to low-volatility games after a big win to complete wagering requirements.
Delaying any game round, including free spins or bonus features, to a later time when there are no longer wagering requirements, or depositing additional funds while having pending free spins or bonus features available.

1.4 Responsibility of Players

Players acknowledge that despite the site’s best efforts, some games may be vulnerable to abuse. If such a situation arises, the site will impose specific conditions on awarded bonuses and expects users to act reasonably and refrain from exploitative gameplay.
