Terms and Conditions for Weekly Cashback Rebate Program
Eligibility
1.1. To qualify for the Weekly Cashback Rebate, participants must have made a single deposit of at least $100 during the applicable week (Monday through Sunday) and have wagered an amount equal to or greater than the deposit, also clients cannot receive more than 10% Cash Match Bonus on their deposits to be enrolled.
1.2. Not all clients are eligible for this promotion; eligibility is determined solely at the company’s discretion.
1.3. Regional restrictions apply, and clients in certain jurisdictions may be excluded from participating.
1.4. Customers must enroll in the program. Contact Customer Service and let us know you want to be part of the Weekly Rebate. Once enrolled, you will receive your weekly rebate automatically.
1.5. Clients with pending withdrawals or balances from prior withdrawals that have not been fully covered are ineligible for the rebate until those balances are re-deposited. If your ending balance exceeds the losses, the rebate is forfeited for that week.
1.6 Eligible transactions for the Weekly Rebate will be tracked from Monday at 00:00:01 PST through Sunday at 11:59:59 PST.
Rebate Amount
2.1. Eligible participants will receive a rebate equal to 10% of their net losses for the applicable week.
Net Losses Definition
3.1. Net losses are calculated as total deposits and or starting balance, minus total withdrawals, minus ending account balance, and further reduced by any winnings accumulated during the specified week.
Payout Schedule
4.1. Rebates will be credited to eligible accounts on the following Monday before 5:00 PM PST. If the rebate is not received by this time and you believe you are eligible, it is your responsibility to contact the Customer Service Team for clarification.
Account Status
5.1. Only accounts in good standing are eligible to receive rebates. The company reserves the right to withhold or refuse rebate issuance if there is any suspected misuse or breach of terms.
Changes to Terms
6.1. The company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the rebate program at its sole discretion. Clients are responsible for keeping themselves informed of any updates.
Free Play Terms and Conditions
7.1. Rebates will be issued as Free Play credits, subject to the following conditions:
- Free Play credits carry a 3x rollover requirement.
- Free Play credits can only be used for straight wagers on major sports markets with odds ranging between +150 and -150.
- Free Play credits cannot be used on Casino games, Poker, Horse Racing, or any other non-sports markets.
- The rollover is calculated based on the lesser amount between the risk or win on ‘losing’ wagers.
- Free Play credits must be used within 30 days of issuance; unused credits will expire.
Maximum Winnings from Rebates
8.1. The maximum cashout amount from rebate-related winnings is determined by the client’s VIP level, as follows:
- Bronze: $1,000 max
- Silver: $1,000 max
- Gold: $1,000 max
- Platinum: $2,500 max
- Diamond: $5000 max
8.2. If funds from another promotion are combined with rebate funds, the lower maximum win cap between this rebate structure and the applicable bonus terms will apply.
Removal of Rebate Funds
9.1. If rebate funds are issued while other promotional funds are active, rollovers will be combined. Clients wishing to forfeit the rebate must contact Customer Service before wagering with the funds.
9.2. Failure to request removal or suspension of the rebate before wagering will constitute acceptance of all applicable terms.
Responsible Gambling
10.1. Rebates are intended to enhance the betting experience. Clients are encouraged to gamble responsibly and within their means.
General Terms
11.1. This offer is subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at thesole discretion of the company.
11.2. All decisions regarding eligibility, rebate issuance, and wagering requirements are final and not subject to appeal.
